巩义市2型糖尿病患者对中医药需求的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Demand for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Gongyi

目的 了解巩义市2型糖尿病患者对中医药服务的需求,并分析可能的影响因素,为改善基层糖尿病患者卫生服务质量,制定更合理的基层糖尿病中医药服务机制提供依据。方法 深入巩义市部分乡镇随机选取169例2型糖尿病患者作为调查对象,利用自行设计的调查问卷表了解基层糖尿病患者对中医药需求的情况,并将调查资料进行统计学分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者在诊疗过程中愿意接受中医药治疗的占53.85%(91/169),且年龄越大、受教育水平越低的患者在诊疗过程中选择中医药干预的概率越大,而性别因素在患者是否选择中医干预这一问题上差异无统计学意义;在被调查的人群中最希望得到的中医诊疗项目排在前3位的依次为:食疗指导、运动治疗以及中成药。结论 基层糖尿病患者对中医药兴趣高,尤其是饮食指导、运动治疗的需求较大,因此,加强基层医院对糖尿病患者中医药文化普及尤为必要。

Objective To understand the demand for traditional Chinese medicine services in patients with type 2 diabetes in Gongyi,and to analyze the possible influencing factors,in order to improve the quality of health care for patients with diabetes at the grass-roots level and provide a basis for formulating a more reasonable mechanism of Chinese medicine service for diabetes at the grass-roots level. Methods A total of 169 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected from some villages and towns in Gongyi as objects of investigation,the selfdesigned questionnaire was used to understand the demand for traditional Chinese medicine services in patients with type 2 diabetes at the grass-roots level,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results Patients with type 2 diabetes were willing to receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment for 53. 85%( 91/169) of the patients in the treatment process. Patients with older age and lower education level are more likely to choose traditional Chinese medicine intervention in diagnosis and treatment,while gender has no statistical significance in whether patients choose traditional Chinese medicine intervention or not. Among the investigated population,the top three items of traditional Chinese medicine services are diet guidance,exercise therapy and Chinese patent medicine. Conclusion Grassroots diabetes patients have a high interest in traditional Chinese medicine,especially dietary guidance and exercise therapy. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to strengthen grass-roots hospitals to popularize traditional Chinese medicine culture for diabetics.
