补肾益骨方抗骨质疏松临床价值探索

Exploration on the Clinical Value of Bushen Yigu Recipe in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的 探索补肾益骨方联合阿法骨化醇胶丸及碳酸钙D3片抗骨质疏松症临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法 研究最终纳入病例151例,所有患者均完成6个月随访,予阿法骨化醇胶丸、碳酸钙D3片作为基础治疗,试验组加用补肾益骨方汤剂口服,研究过程对受试对象、结局评估者及数据统计者设盲。分别于治疗前,治疗后2、4、6个月检测患者肝肾功能、血清BGP、血清BALP、骨密度并评定治疗效果。结果 治疗后2个月,所有患者均未提高骨密度,且2组患者总有效率差异无统计学意义。但BGP、BALP水平明显改善,治疗后4个月、6个月时试验组有效率高于对照组,骨密度、BGP、BALP较前明显改善,且以试验组改善明显。研究结果在时间及分组上存在交互作用。结论 补肾益骨方联合阿法骨化醇胶丸及碳酸钙D3片能发挥西药优势并通过增加成骨活性,调节骨代谢平衡,以达到抗骨质疏松的作用,疗效优于单纯西医治疗,是安全有效的临床抗OP方案。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Bushen Yigu recipe combined with Alfacalcidol soft capsules and calcium carbonate D3 tablets in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods 151 patients were selected in the study. All patients were followed up for 6 months. Alfacalcidol soft capsules and calcium carbonate D3 table were basic treatment. The experimental group was treated with Bushen Yigu recipe. The study process was blind to subjects,outcome assessors and data statistics. Serum BGP,serum BALP and bone mineral density were measured before treatment and 2,4 and 6 months after treatment. Results All patients had not improved bone mineral density at 2 months after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. But the level of BGP and BALP improved obviously. The efficiency of the experimental group was higher than control group at 4 and 6 months after treatment. The bone mineral density,BGP and BALP were obviously improved,and the improvement was obvious in the experimental group.And the results are interactive in terms of time and grouping. Conclusion Bushen Yigu recipe combined with Alfacalcidol soft capsules and calcium carbonate D3 tablets increase osteogenic activity,regulate balance of bone metabolism to achieve the effect of anti osteoporosis,the curative effect is better than alone western medicine treatment,it is a safe and effective clinical anti OP scheme.
