决明子荞麦茶治疗功能性便秘的临床研究

Clinical Study on Semen Cassiae Torae and Buckwheat Tea in the Treatment of Functional Constipation

目的 观察决明子荞麦茶治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 选择80例符合功能性便秘诊断标准的患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。对照组每日摄入膳食纤维25~35 g,每日饮水1.5~2.0 L,建立良好的排便习惯,适当运动锻炼,疗程8周;治疗组在观察组的基础上服用决明子荞麦茶,疗程为8周。观察2组患者在治疗后的主要症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者粪便性状、排便时间、排便困难、排便频率、排便困难、过度用力、腹胀均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05),治疗组的症状改善程度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 决明子荞麦茶治疗功能性便秘疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of semen cassiae torae and buckwheat tea in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods Eighty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation were selected and divided into treatment group( n = 40)and control group( n = 40) according to random number table method. The treatment group took semen cassiae torae and buckwheat tea. The control group took the dietary fiber 25 ~ 35 g daily,drink 1. 5 ~ 2. 0 L daily water,establish a good bowel habit,exercise properly,8 weeks of treatment. The main symptom improvement in 2 groups of patients after treatment was observed. Results The total efficiency of the control group and the total effective rate of the treatment group and the total effective rate in 2 groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).After treatment,the fecal property,the defecation frequency,the defecation time,the dyschezia,the excessive straining,and the abdominal distension was significantly reduced before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group improvement was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of functional constipation in semen cassiae torae and buckwheat tea has significant effect.
