参芪消结汤联合认知行为干预对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的影响

Effect of Shenqi Xiaojie Decoction Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on Immune Function in Patients Undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的 探讨参芪消结汤联合认知行为干预对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的影响。方法 本次研究对象均选取河南省信阳市人民医院2019年3月—2021年3月收治的80例择期实施乳腺癌改良根治术的患者,分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例),分组方法为随机数字表法。对照组术后给予常规药物治疗联合认知行为干预;观察组在对照组基础上使用参芪消结汤治疗。2组均治疗21 d。比较2组治疗3~7 d后疼痛程度、手术相关指标;治疗前后免疫功能和凝血功能指标水平。结果 观察组治疗后手术相关时间指标均短于对照组;2组治疗后血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;2组治疗后血浆APTT、PT、TT均延长,且观察组长于对照组;血浆Plt、FIB、D-D、血清CD8^(+)水平及不同时间点的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 参芪消结汤联合认知行为干预可缓解乳腺癌改良根治术患者疼痛,改善凝血功能及免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Xiaojie decoction combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on the immune function of breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy. Methods 80 patients with modified radical mastectomy were selected from March 2019 to March 2021 in Xinyang People’s Hospital. They were divided into control group( 40 cases) and observation group( 40 cases). The grouping method was based on random number table. The control group was given routine drug therapy combined with cognitive behavior intervention after operation. The observation group was treated with Shenqi Xiaojie decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 21 days. The pain degree and operation related indexes 3 ~ 7 days after treatment,the levels of immune function and coagulation function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the operation related time indexes in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Compared with before treatment,plasma APTT,Pt and TT in the two groups were prolonged after treatment,and the observation group was longer than that in the control group;The levels of plasma PLT,FIB,D-D,serum CD8and VAS scores at different time points decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Xiaojie decoction combined with cognitive behavioral intervention can alleviate pain,improve coagulation function and immune function in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.
