活血通络方联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Meridian Obstruction Prescription Combined with Carbamazepine in the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuraljia

目的 评价活血通络方联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法 选取70例2013年12月—2020年1月在启东市中医院诊治的原发性三叉神经患者,其中35例作为参考组,只予卡马西平治疗;其他35例作为研究组,应用活血通络方与卡马西平联合治疗。从诊疗效果及不良反应2个方面进行比较。结果 2组都进行了2个月的随访期,研究组的疼痛缓解率明显高于参考组,不良反应发生率明显低于参考组,其差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 活血通络方联合卡马西平可以很好地缓解原发性三叉神经痛的疼痛症状,减轻了治疗过程中的不良反应,比单独应用卡马西平有更好的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of promoting blood circulation for removing meridian obstruction prescription combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuraljia. Method A total of 70 patients with primary trigeminal nerve diagnosed and treated in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to January 2020 were selected. 35 cases were treated with carbamazepine only as the control group,and the other 35 cases were treated with the combination of promoting blood circulation for removing meridian obstruction prescription and carbamazepine as the study group. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared.Results The two groups were followed up for two months. The pain relief rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Promoting blood circulation for removing meridian obstruction prescription combined with carbamazepine can significantly relief the pain by primary trigeminal neuraljia as well as decrease the adverse reaction rate,which is better than carbamazepine alone.
