基于营卫理论对中医护理的初步探讨

A Preliminary Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Based on Ying-wei Theory

在简述营卫理论的基础上,并用以解析护理内容与形式,提出运用营卫理论认识以指导中医临床护理。营卫是生命活动的基本物质,与脏腑经脉生理功能密切相关。护理工作内容繁多,观察并记录生命体征不可或缺,同时还要观察记录维持生命体征的饮食、二便等。生命体征是评价生命状态的重要数据,营卫与生命体征的形成及维持密切相关,由此,将营卫理论与生命体征等护理工作的主要内容联系在一起。基于《黄帝内经》营卫与生命活动息息相关的生理联系,依照治病求本、既病防变的诊疗观念,无论防病治病,还是养生保健均需要“通调营卫”,临床护理也必须遵循这一原则。根据病证需求、证候性质以及患者自理能力评估,将通调营卫细节化,增强针对性,以期构建营卫护理模式。

On the basis of brief introduction of the theory of ying-wei,this paper analyzes the content and form of nursing,and puts forward the application of ying-wei theory to understand and guide the clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Ying-wei is the basic material of life activities and is closely related to the physiological functions of zang-fu organs and meridians. The contents of nursing work are varied,so it is indispensable to observe and record vital signs,and at the same time,observe and record the diet to maintain vital signs. Vital signs are important data to judge and evaluate vital state,and the formation and maintenance of ying-wei health signs are closely related.Therefore,the Ying-Wei health theory is linked with the main contents of nursing work such as vital signs. Based on the physiological relationship between the internal meridian and life activities,clinical nursing must follow this principle in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment concept of disease prevention and change prevention,no matter disease prevention and treatment,or health care needs to be adjusted ying-wei. According to the nature of the symptoms and the ability of the patients,the general regulation of Yingwei was detailed and targeted,so as to construct the ying-wei nursing model.
