时效性激励护理对糖尿病患者饮食 血糖控制的影响

Effect of Timeliness Incentive Nursing on Diet and Blood Glucose Control in Diabetic Diet Nursing

目的 分析糖尿病饮食护理中应用时效性激励护理的作用。方法 将河南科技大学第一附属医院2020年12月—2021年12月接受治疗的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组患者接受常规饮食护理,观察组患者在常规组基础上加用时效性激励护理,比较2组患者血糖水平、自我管理行为、饮食干预依从性、生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者血糖水平低于常规组患者,P <0.05;观察组患者自我管理行为高于常规组患者,P <0.05;观察组患者饮食干预依从性高于常规组患者,P <0.05;观察组患者生活质量评分高于常规组患者,P <0.05。结论 时效性激励护理能够提高患者依从性,并有效控制患者血糖水平,其效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of timeliness incentive nursing in diabetic diet nursing. Methods 80 patients with diabetes who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the conventional group and the observation group. The patients in the conventional group received routine diet nursing,while the patients in the observation group received timeliness incentive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The blood glucose level,self-management behavior,dietary intervention compliance and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group( P < 0. 05). The selfmanagement behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group( P < 0. 05). The compliance of diet intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Timeliness incentive nursing can improve the compliance of patients and effectively control the blood glucose level of patients. Its effect is remarkable and can be considered to be actively promoted.
