大气颗粒物暴露对人类生殖健康的影响 被引量:2

摘要 我国正面临着广泛的颗粒物污染以及愈发严峻的生殖健康威胁,近年来关于大气颗粒物暴露对人类生殖健康的影响研究受到越来越多的关注。但受限于各地污染物组分的差异和研究设计的不一致等原因,部分研究结果存在较大的差异,相关机制探索也处于初级阶段。在系统调研国内外研究文献的基础上,综述了大气颗粒物的分布特征以及大气颗粒物暴露对男性和女性生殖健康的影响、与不良妊娠结局的关系、对生殖健康影响可能的机制等方面的研究进展,并对个体暴露水平评估、大气颗粒物污染对人类生殖健康的影响指标表征、个体易感性、暴露窗口期等研究进行了展望。 Our country faces serious challenges in terms of extensive particulate pollution and reproductive health,while the serious reproductive threat caused by particulate matter has also attracted more and more attention.However,some results vary in the current research,and the underlying mechanism still needs further exploration.Therefore,we review the distribution characteristics of atmospheric particulate matter and its adverse impact on human reproductive health.At the same time,we attempt to provide clues on the possible mechanisms and outline the individual exposure assessment,individual susceptibility,and exposure window period of particulate matter exposure.
