基于OBE理念的旅游管理本科实验教学改革路径

Reform Path of Undergraduate Experimental Teaching of Tourism Management Based on OBE Concept

伴随高等教育的变革与发展,应用型人才培养多以OBE理念为指导。旅游管理作为培养应用型人才的重要学科,理应在其教学体系中贯彻执行此种教育理念。通过对旅游管理本科实验教学中存在的问题进行反思,明晰实验教学改革的方向与重点,进而依据OBE理念提出更新实验教学内容、改进实验教学方式、完善实验成绩评价机制等具体改革路径,以助力旅游专业学生实践能力与创新能力的培养。

With the reform and development of higher education,the training of application-oriented talents is mostly guided by the concept of OBE.As an important subject the cultivation,tourism management discipline should implement this educational concept in its teaching system.By reflecting on the problems existing in the undergraduate experimental teaching of tourism management,this paper clarifies the direction and focus of the experimental teaching reform,and then puts forward specific reform paths such as updating the experimental teaching content,improving the experimental teaching methods,and perfecting the experimental performance evaluation mechanism according to the OBE concept,so as to help cultivate the practical and innovative ability of tourism majors.
