摘要
为在既定供电台区内有效避免用户窃电行为的发生,从而实现对电网支路线损率数值的有效控制,提出考虑线损率波动异常的反窃电在线监测算法。通过统计线损分台区域的方式,确定关键的线损波动量影响要素,再根据线损指标核定条件,实现供电台区内的线损异常情况分析。在此基础上,选取必要的反窃电异常指标,按照评价指标体系的连接形式,确定具体的反窃电处理流程,实现反窃电在线监测。实验结果表明,应用所提监测算法,既定供电台区内用户窃电行为的发生几率明显降低,能够有效控制电网支路的线损率数值水平,符合实际应用需求。
In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of power theft by users in the established power supply area,so as to effectively control the line loss rate of power grid branch,an anti power theft online monitoring algorithm considering the abnormal fluctuation of line loss rate is proposed.Determine the key influencing factors of line loss wave momentum by counting the line loss sub station area,and then analyze the line loss anomaly in the supply station area according to the verification conditions of line loss index.On this basis,select the necessary anti-stealing abnormal indicators,determine the specific antistealing treatment process according to the connection form of the evaluation index system,and realize the on-line monitoring of anti-stealing.The experimental results show that under the application of the proposed monitoring algorithm,the probability of user power theft in the given power supply station area is significantly reduced,and the line loss rate of power grid branch can be effectively controlled,which meets the needs of practical application.
