城市土地利用效率与高质量发展时空演变及交互响应 ——以江苏省为例

Spatiotemporal Pattern Evolution and Interactive Response of Urban Land Use Efficiency and High-Quality Development Level:A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

借助随机前沿生产模型、综合评价法测算江苏省城市土地利用效率与高质量发展水平,并采用PVAR模型实证分析2005-2019年江苏省城市土地利用效率与高质量发展水平的时空交互响应关系。结果表明:1)2005-2019年江苏省各地市高质量发展水平和城市土地利用效率呈协同递增式演变,在时间尺度上具有锁定效应,空间分异格局高度相似,高值区和较高值区主要集中在苏锡常地区和南京都市圈核心带,较低值区和低值区集中在苏中及苏北地区;2)江苏省城市土地利用效率与高质量发展指数耦合协调度逐年增长,整体从2005年的0.34升至2019年的0.61,协调效应逐渐由弱转强,其中苏州市率先迈进协调发展阶段,而连云港、淮安和宿迁仍处在协调过渡阶段,协调度整体为苏南>苏中>苏北;3)江苏省城市土地利用效率和高质量发展水平存在交互响应关系,城市土地利用效率同时受自身系统内部结构和高质量发展系统的双重影响,而高质量发展水平受自身系统内部结构影响较大,城市土地利用效率对高质量发展水平的正向促进作用不显著。

Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,based on the panel data of 13 cities from 2005 to 2019,the urban land use efficiency and high-quality development level in Jiangsu Province are calculated with the help of stochastic frontier production function and comprehensive evaluation method,and the temporal and spatial interactive response relationship between urban land use efficiency and high-quality development level in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2019 is empirically analyzed by PVAR model.It is found as follows.1)From 2005 to 2019,the high-quality development level and urban land use efficiency of cities in Jiangsu Province showed a synergistic and increasing evolution,with a locking effect on the time scale.The spatial differentiation pattern was highly similar.High value areas and higher value areas were mainly concentrated in Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou and the core belt of Nanjing metropolitan area,while lower value areas and low value areas were concentrated in Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu.2)From 2005 to 2019,the coupling coordination degree of urban land use efficiency and high-quality development level in Jiangsu Province increased year by year,from 0.34 in 2005 to 0.61 in 2019,and the coordination effect gradually changed from weak to strong.Among them,Suzhou took the lead in stepping into the stage of coordinated development,while Lianyungang,Huai′an and Suqian were still in the transition stage to coordinated development.The overall coordination degree showed the trend of Southern Jiangsu>Central Jiangsu>Northern Jiangsu.3)There is an interactive response relationship between urban land use efficiency and high-quality development level in Jiangsu Province.Urban land use efficiency is affected by the internal structure of its own system and high-quality development system,but the high-quality development level is only greatly affected by the internal structure of its own system.The positive role of urban land use efficiency in promoting high-quality development level is not significant.Finally,combined with the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and interaction between urban land use efficiency and high-quality development level,some suggestions are put forward to promote regional high-quality development.
