基于引文分析的高校图书馆资源保障研究——以西南财经大学数学学科为例

Research on resource guarantee of university library based on citation analysis:taking the mathematics subject of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics as an example

衡量馆藏资源与学科用户需求是馆藏建设面临的重要问题,以此开展基于引文分析的图书馆资源保障工作,可以助力图书馆开展以用户需求为中心的图书馆馆藏资源建设工作。文章从用户对资源的利用行为出发,全面系统地梳理出学科期刊目标集合,将目标期刊与馆藏资源进行交叉分析,建立高校图书馆资源保障工作评估模型,并应用于西南财经大学数学学科的期刊资源建设中。研究结果表明,该模型在调整馆藏结构、优化资源配置、节约建设经费等方面能发挥最大效用,为高校图书馆资源建设工作提供了新思路。

Measuring library resources and subject user needs is an important issue facing library collection construction.Carrying out library resource guarantee work based on citation analysis can help libraries carry out library collection resource construction work centered on user needs.Starting from the user’s utilization behavior of resources,the article comprehensively and systematically sorts out the target set of subject journals,conducts cross-analysis of target journals and collection resources,establishes an evaluation model for resource guarantee work in university libraries,and applies it to Southwestern Finance and Economics for the journal resources construction of university mathematics subject.The model can play the greatest role in adjusting the collection structure,optimizing the allocation of resources,saving construction funds,etc.,and provides a new idea for the construction of university library resources.
