医疗卫生机构临床科研伦理委员会建设的困境和对策研究

Research of the difficulties and countermeasures of clinical research ethics committee construction in the medical and health institution

医疗卫生机构的临床科研伦理委员会建设已无法满足日益增长的临床研究需求。文章分析了伦理委员会建设存在的困境,并且从人才队伍培养、伦理委员会制度和操作章程完善、独立性保障、教育培训、监管机制建设5个方面提出相应对策,以期为伦理委员会的建设提出建议,促进生物医学研究健康发展。

The construction of clinical research ethics committee in medical and health institutions has been unable to meet the growing demand for clinical research.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the ethics committee,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from five aspects:personnel training,improvement of the ethics committee system and operating regulations,independence guarantee,education and training,and supervision mechanism construction,in order to put forward suggestions for the construction of the ethics committee and promote the healthy development of biomedical research.
