摘要
多旋翼无人机航空摄影技术是一种新型的区域自然资源监测监管技术手段。文章对比分析了多旋翼无人机多种巡查模式的优劣性,总结了多旋翼无人机的技术优势,阐述了基于多旋翼无人机的自然资源监察技术流程。以常州市新北区孟河镇为实验区进行航拍实例验证分析,采集航空摄影测量相片,通过几何校正、图像拼接和影像配准等数据预处理工作,制作生成区域正射影像或三维影像。同时,展示了多旋翼无人机在地质灾害易发区、土地执法监察、疑似违法案件调查取证等方面的应用成果,取得了良好的应用效果。
Multi-rotor UAV aerial photography technology is a new type of regional natural resources monitoring and supervision technology.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of multiple patrol modes of multi-rotor UAV,summarizes the technical advantages of multi-rotor UAV,and expounds the technical process of natural resources monitoring based on multi-rotor UAV.Menghe Town,Xinbei District,Changzhou City is taken as the experimental area to verify and analyze aerial photography,collect aerial photogrammetry photos,and produce regional digital orthophoto maps or three-dimensional images through data preprocessing such as geometric correction,image mosaic and image registration.At the same time,the application results of the multi-rotor UAV in geological disaster prone areas,land law enforcement and supervision,investigation and evidence collection of suspected illegal cases,etc.were displayed,and good application results were achieved.
