铝合金下车体前壁板横梁结构设计

摘要 目前,铝合金车身在纯电动汽车领域应用越来越广泛。文章基于某纯电动汽车铝合金车身下车体结构的设计任务,正向设计前壁板横梁零部件,从结构设计上考虑前壁板横梁的分件方案,最终提出两种前壁板横梁结构设计方案。从整车碰撞安全仿真分析的角度,验证两种结构的合理性。经验证合格后,从工程实现的角度对比前壁板横梁的设计参数,在考量理论质量和设计空间两个维度下,最终确立了分体式前壁板横梁结构方案。本研究在铝合金前壁板横梁设计和铝合金下车体设计层面具备一定的工程参考价值。 At present,aluminum alloy body is more and more widely used in the field of pure electric vehicles.Based on the design task of the under-body structure of the aluminum alloy body of a pure electric vehicle,the front panel crossbeam parts are designed in the forward direction,and the split scheme of the front panel crossbeam is considered in the structural design.Finally,two structural design schemes of the front panel crossbeam are proposed.From the perspective of vehicle collision safety simulation analysis,the rationality of the two structures is verified.After passing the verification,the design parameters of the front panel crossbeam are compared from the perspective of engineering realization,and the structural scheme of the split front panel crossbeam is finally established considering the theoretical quality and design space.This study has certain engineering reference value in the design of aluminum alloy front panel crossbeam and aluminum alloy under-body.
