摘要
文章基于复杂网络技术挖掘中药板蓝根、大青叶、青黛“传统功效-现代应用”等相关数据背后潜在的知识或规律,找出各自的核心作用以及相互匹配的关系。通过查阅相关文献及古书籍并构建相关数据库,最终整理汇总得到3种药物的“传统功效-现代应用”在数据库中共同出现的频次,在此基础上,应用Cytoscape 3.7.2软件分别绘制以功效、主治、药理作用、临床应用为节点的网络关系图。由网络关系图可以看出,3种药物的传统功效和现代应用的对应关系分别是:板蓝根“解毒-大头瘟疫-抗病毒-腮腺炎”,大青叶“解毒-痄腮-抗病毒-腮腺炎”,青黛“解毒-痄腮-抗病毒-银屑病”。板蓝根、大青叶、青黛均具有清热解毒的功效,对应现代研究的抗病毒作用。在应用方面,中医临床认为板蓝根、大青叶对大头瘟等疫病有效,现代临床具体在腮腺炎等方面应用较多。研究结果还表明,青黛对银屑病有独特的疗效,这可能与其清里热的功效有关。
Based on the complex network technology,this paper explores the underlying knowledge or laws behind the relevant data of“traditional efficacy-modern application”of Isatidis Radix,Isatidis Folium and Indigo Naturalis,and finds out their core functions and their matching relationships.Through consulting relevant literature and ancient books,and building relevant databases,the frequency of common occurrence of“traditional efficacy-modern application”of three drugs in the database was finally sorted out and summarized.On this basis,Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was applied to draw network relationship diagrams with efficacy,indications,pharmacological effects and clinical applications as nodes.It can be seen from the network relationship diagram that the corresponding relationship between the traditional efficacy and modern application of the three drugs is:Isatidis Radix“detoxification-big head plague-anti virus-mumps”,Isatidis Folium“detoxification-mumps-anti virus-mumps”,and Indigo Naturalis“detoxification-mumps-anti virus-psoriasis”.Isatidis Radix,Isatidis Folium and Indigo Naturalis all have the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying,corresponding to the antiviral effect of modern research.In terms of application,traditional Chinese medicine believes that Isatidis Radix and Isatidis Folium are effective against big head plague and other epidemics,and modern clinical practice is more specific in mumps.The results also show that Indigo Naturalis has a unique therapeutic effect on psoriasis,which may be related to its efficacy of clearing internal heat.
