Causes and Countermeasure of Concrete Wall Cracks in Basement of a Certain Indemnificatory Housing Project

由于受到施工组织、施工技术以及工期等诸多方面因素的影响,混凝土墙体开裂现象十分普遍,裂缝的产生会在一定程度上破坏结构物体的防水性能,造成压力水渗透其中,给建筑物的安全性和稳定性埋下重大安全隐患。以某保障住房工程为例,介绍地下室混凝土墙体裂缝形态及特征,分析裂缝产生的原因,提出针对性的预防措施。

Due to the influence of many factors such as construction organization, construction technology and construction period, the cracking of concrete wall is very common. The generation of cracks will destroy the waterproof performance of structural objects to a certain extent, resulting in the penetration of pressure water, which will pose major security risks to the safety and stability of buildings. Based on this, this paper takes a security housing project as an example, introduces the morphology and characteristics of basement concrete wall cracks, analyzes the causes of cracks, and targeted preventive measures are proposed.
