摘要 北华航天工业学院测控技术与仪器专业以教师党支部作为推进专业思政与课程思政的保障,形成“党建引领、专业思政、四位一体、产教融合、实践育人”的育人模式,建立“专业课程体系-实践教学体系-创新素质培养体系-第二课堂综合素质培养体系”的四位一体课程体系,做到人才培养过程中知识传授、能力塑造、价值引领的有机统一,全面培养应用型人才,使之能够适应社会、达成目标,取得满意结果。 The measurement and control technology and instrument major of North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering takes the teacher’s Party branch as the guarantee to promote moral education of the major and its courses, forms the education mode of “party construction guidance, professional moral education, four in one curriculum, production-education integration and practical education”, and establishes the “four in one” curriculum system of “professional curriculum system—Practical Teaching System— Innovative Quality Training System—Comprehensive quality training system of the second classroom”, achieving the organic unity of knowledge transfer, ability shaping and value guidance in the process of talent training, and improve the degree of achievement of social adaptability, quality assurance and result satisfaction of applied talent training.
