数字经济下商贸流通业效率提升的路径分析

商贸流通业效率提升和转型升级,是对构建双循环新发展格局的重要支持。我国商贸流通业已经具有一定的规模,但是仍然存在流通企业规模小、城乡发展不平衡、信息化水平不高等问题。以数字经济推进商贸流通业转型升级和效率提升是未来发展的趋势,需要通过在生产方面形成柔性供应链、在销售方面形成线上线下融合的新零售、在物流方面形成数字化智慧化物流体系、在融资方面利用互联网供应链金融等渠道提升商贸流通的效率;需要进一步推动现有产业的数字化程度,培养契合产业需求的数字化人才,加强基础设施建设,凝聚多方共识,加强各国数字经济领域的开放与合作,从而促进商贸流通业的转型升级。

It is necessary to form a flexible supply chain in production,a new retail integrated online and offline in sales,a digital and intelligent logistics system in logistics,and use internet supply chain finance and other channels to improve the efficiency of commercial circulation in financing. It is necessary to further promote the digitalization of existing industries,cultivate digital talents that meet the needs of the industry,strengthen infrastructure construction,and build consensus to strengthen the openness and cooperation in the field of digital economy in various countries,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the commercial circulation industry.
