摘要 为提高公路摊铺在复杂环境下的平整度和压实度,进行复杂环境下公路沥青混凝土路面机械化摊铺施工工艺与参数优化。依据公路摊铺三个步骤,选择公路摊铺施工过程中,所需要的拌合、运料、摊铺三种机械化设备;分析复杂环境下沥青混凝土变化特征,计算生产一车原料时间,沥青混凝土受到螺旋布料装置作用力,产生的圆周速度和轴向速度,优化运料车数量和装载方式,摊铺机布料螺旋装置螺距;经过下承层、施工放样、原料拌合、运输和摊铺5步,设计公路机械化摊铺施工工艺流程,完成复杂环境下公路沥青混凝土路面机械化摊铺施工工艺设计。实验结果:研究工艺摊铺的公路,温度下降慢,环境温度变化,对公路摊铺影响越小;平整度检测最大值与合格值相差0.32;压实度在检测最小值与合格值差0.4%。 In order to improve the flatness and compactness of highway paving in complex environment,the mechanized paving construction technology and parameters of highway asphalt concrete pavement in complex environment are optimized.According to the three steps of road paving,three kinds of mechanical equipment,including mixing,transporting and paving,are selected.By analyzing the changing characteristics of asphalt concrete in complex environments as well as calculating the time to produce one car of raw materials,the force of spiral distribution device on asphalt concrete and the resulting peripheral and axial speeds,so as to optimize the number of trucks and the loading method,as well as the pitch of spiral distribution device of the paver.Through the five steps of bearing layer,construction lofting,raw material mixing,transportation and paving,the highway mechanized paving construction process is designed,and the highway asphalt concrete pavement mechanized paving construction process design under complex environment is completed.The experimental results show that the slower the temperature of the road paved decreases,the smaller the impact of the environmental temperature changes on the road paving.The difference between the maximum value of flatness test and the qualified value is 0.32,and the difference between the minimum value and the qualified value is 0.4%.
