“1+X”证书制度下土建类专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the training mode of civil engineering professionals under the"1+X"certificate system

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,企业对于高技术技能人才的的需求越来越多,为保证高职院校学生培养质量,对人才培养模式的探索与改革是非常有必要的,由此“1+X”证书制度应运而生。然而,由于“1+X”证书制度尚处于初步探索阶段,在实施过程中还存在诸多问题。本论文以土建类专业为研究对象,结合“1+X”证书制度对高职院校人才培养提出的新要求,分析了土建类专业人才培养模式存在的问题,并提出了人才培养模式优化的建议。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,enterprises have more and more demands for high-tech and skilled talents.In order to ensure the quality of vocational college students,it is necessary to explore and reform the talent training mode.Therefore,the"1+X"certificate system came into being.However,as the"1+X"certificate system is still in the initial exploration stage,there are still many problems in the implementation process.This paper takes the civil engineering specialty as the research object,combined with the new requirements of the"1+X"certificate system for the talent training of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in the talent training mode of the civil engineering specialty,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the talent training mode.
