高质量推动河北省红色文化资源开发转化的路径研究

Research on the Path of Promoting the Development and Transformation of Red Cultural Resources in Hebei Province with High Quality

河北是革命老区,党史事件多、红色资源多、革命人物多,为爱国主义教育提供生动素材。当前河北红色文化资源开发利用存在着区域发展不平衡、体制机制尚待健全、整合力度有待加强、产品形式仍需创新等问题。从当代乃至长期来看,将河北省红色文化资源高质量开发转化,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文依照“历史认知—历史自信一历史主动—历史自觉”的思维逻辑,提出“政府主导、社会参与、注重特色、教育传承、数字赋能”的整体思路,打造河北红色文化品牌,推动河北省红色文化资源高质量发展,实现河北省由文化大省向文化强省的跨越发展。

Hebei is an old revolutionary base with many events in party history,red resources and revolutionary figures,which provide vivid materials for patriotism education.At present,there are problems in the development and utilization of red cultural resources in Hebei,such as unbalanced regional development,systems and mechanisms that need to be improved,integration efforts need to be strengthened,and product forms taht still need to be innovated.From a contemporary and even long-term perspective,the high-quality development and transformation of red cultural resources in Hebei Province has important theoretical and practical significance.According to the thinking logic of"historical cognition-historical confidence-historical initiative-historical consciousness",this paper proposes the overall idea of"government-led,social participation,emphasis on characteristics,educational inheritance,and digital empowerment"to create a red cultural brand in Hebei and promote the high-quality development of the provincial red cultural resources,so as to realize the leapfrog development of Hebei Province from a culturally big province to a culturally strong province.
