朝鲜王朝初期货币改革的历史逻辑——以博弈论为中心的研究

The Historical Logic of Currency Reform in the Early Joseon Dynasty——Focusing on the Game Theory

朝鲜王朝初期,国家为普及货币交易、重塑市场经济秩序,开始推行从中央到地方的货币改革。通过对朝鲜王朝经济史料的爬梳,运用博弈论分析央地、官民之间在货币改革过程中的历史逻辑,研究发现:中央对地方的调控力度及政府对民意的回应,成为影响改革成败的关键因素;政府层级的设置是中央命令能否有效传递的关键,对改革成败发挥重要的作用;央地关系与官民关系的调适需要吸取传统行政管理的经验教训;在博弈论视域下,前现代化的王朝式货币改革有其独特的历史逻辑,值得深入探赜。

In the early Joseon Dynasty,currency reform from the central government to the local government began to be implemented to popularize currency exchange and restore the market economic order.A review of the historical data of the economy of Joseon Dynasty and the game theory are applied to analyze the historical logic between the central and local governments,and between officials and the common people in the process of currency reform.It has been found that the central government’s control over the local government and the government’s response to the public opinion are the key factors affecting the success of the reform.The setting of the government levels is the crucial to the effective transmission of the central command and plays an important role in the success or failure of the reform.The adjustment of the relationship between the central government and the local government,and between officials and the common people should draw lessons from the experience of traditional administration.In the perspective of game theory,the pre-modern dynastic monetary reform has its unique historical logic,which is worth exploring.
