中朝边境地区跨境旅游合作区建设现状及路径探析

On the Current Situation and Path of the Construction of Cross-border Tourism Cooperation Zones in China-DPRK Border Area

“一带一路”倡议促进了边境地区跨境旅游合作区的建设和发展,并成为学术界关注热点。跨境旅游合作区是跨境经济合作区发展的先导和试验田,又是边境旅游发展的一种新的模式。中朝边境地区是我国最早开展跨境旅游合作的地区之一,两国政府都非常重视旅游业的发展,旅游业已成为两国边境经济发展的支柱产业。中朝边境地区有6个在建和拟建的跨境旅游合作区,根据合作区建设现状,可以探索出建立“国际生态公园”新模式,合理的建设路径是根据人类命运共同体理念,做好“国际生态公园”建设规划;创新“国际生态公园”合作机构,促进旅游区域国际合作;塑造“国际生态公园”旅游形象,提升互信度,实现双赢;创新“国际生态公园”服务模式,提升国际游客满意度等有效新路径。

The“One Belt,One Road”Initiative has promoted the construction and development of cross-border tourism cooperation zones in border areas,and become a hot topic in academic circles.The cross-border tourism cooperation zone is the pilot and test field for the development of the cross-border economic cooperation zone,and it is also a new model for the development of border tourism.China-DPRK border area is one of the first groups in China to carry out cross-border tourism cooperation.Both governments attach great importance to the development of tourism,which has become a pillar industry for the border economy between the two countries.There are six under-construction and proposed cross-border tourism cooperation zones in China-DPRK border area.According to the current situation of the construction of cooperation zones,new effective paths can be explored as follows:to establish a new model of“international ecological park”;to improve the“ecological park”construction plan on the basis of a community of shared future for mankind;to innovate“international ecological park”cooperative institutions to promote international cooperation in tourism regions;to shape the tourism image of“international ecological park”and enhance the mutual trust so as to achieve win-win situation;to innovate the service model of“international ecological park”to improve the satisfaction of foreign tourists.
