摘要
全球混凝土庞大的消耗量带来了对环境的巨大负担,辅助胶凝材料混凝土(简称SCM混凝土)为降低混凝土的碳排放提供了可能。然而,目前还鲜有研究分析混凝土从供应链和施工的环境-经济综合表现,导致企业难以应用SCM混凝土,阻碍了SCM混凝土的推广应用。为此,结合离散事件模拟和混凝土材料特性数据建立方案分析-收集与拟合-模拟与计量-决策方法,并将该方法应用于工程案例。结果表明,建立的方法能够有效地计量SCM混凝土供应链和施工的环境-经济表现,并为施工方应用SCM混凝土提供决策辅助,为以后的相关研究提供了参考。
The great amount of concrete consumption worldwide leads to great burden to the environment.Supplementary cementious material(SCM)concrete provides a possible way to decrease the greenhouse gas emissions of concrete.However,current research has not yet provided a comprehensive assessment for supply chain and construction performance of SCM concrete from an economic-environmental perspective.This gap hinders the application of SCM concrete in construction practice.To fill the gap,this research built a Discrete Event Simulation and concrete characteristics-based method to assess the supply chain and construction performance of SCM concrete from an economic-environmental perspective,and provide decision support for contractors.The built method is applied to a case building to test its effectiveness.The results show that the built method can assess the performance of SCM concrete effectively and comprehensively,and provide decision support.This research provides guidance for future research.
