建筑业数字化转型阶段工程管理人才培养教学改革研究

A Study on the Training Reform of Engineering Management Talents During the Digital Transformation Stage of the Construction Industry

为剖析高校工程管理人才培养方案在数字化转型阶段的不足,找出专业建设改革方向,基于文献计量和问卷调查方法,识别了数字化转型阶段建筑业对工程管理人才的理论、知识需求清单;利用专家访谈法和田野调查法,探索了高校工程管理人才培养体系中数字化理论知识的核心内容。在此基础上,通过行业需求与高校实际教学情况的系统对比,发现高校工程管理人才培养存在培养方案落后、行业需求重视度不足、产学研割裂、数字化理论授课时长及深度不足等问题。并提出高校工程管理教育教学改革过程中应重视完善培养目标、加强数字化理论学习、加大前沿讲座学时等建议。

To investigate the issues related to the training scheme for constructuin project management talents in colleges and universities during the digital transformation stage and identify the directions for teaching reform,based on the bibliometric analysis method and questionnaire survey method,the theoretical knowledge demand list for engineering management talents in the construction industry during the digital transformation stage was identified.Based on interview and field study,this paper investigated the core content of the digital theoretical knowledge in the training system of engineering management talents in colleges and universities.On this basis,through systematic comparison between industry demand and actual teaching situation in colleges and universities,we found that there are a few problems regarding the training of construction project management talents in colleges and universities,such as ineffective training scheme,insufficient attention given to industry demand,fragmentation of Industry-University-Research,insufficient teaching duration and depth regarding digital theory,etc.It suggests that in the process of teaching reform for construction project management education in colleges and universities,attention should be paid to strengthening the study of digital theory,improving the training objectives,and increasing the hours of cutting-edge lectures.
