浇筑式沥青混凝土在中国的研究及应用进展

Study and Application of Casting Asphalt Concrete in China

浇筑式沥青混凝土因具有良好的密水性、耐久性、疲劳抗裂性和随从钢材变形能力,被广泛应用于各类钢结构桥梁的桥面铺装下面层材料中。针对浇筑式沥青混凝土引入到国内后的研究及应用情况展开调研,对比了不同类型浇筑式沥青混凝土的技术差异,梳理了性能评价方法和评价指标,分析了不同性能的影响因素和影响规律,并基于调研结果推荐了钢桥面铺装浇筑式沥青混凝土的材料与结构组合。研究结论可为相关从业人员更好地了解浇筑式沥青混凝土在我国的研究现状和发展进程提供参考。

Casting asphalt concrete is widely used in the lower layer of deck pavement of steel bridges due to its good water tightness,durability,fatigue crack resistance and fracture,and excellent deformation ability with steel.The research and application of casting asphalt concrete is investigated after it had been introduced to China.The technical differences of different types of casting asphalt concrete were compared.The performance evaluation methods and indicators are sorted out.The influencing factors and rules of the different properties are analysed.The materials and structure combination of casting asphalt concrete is recommended based on the survey results.The research can help to better know the research status and development process of casting asphalt mixture in China.
