城市道路平面交叉口非机动车左转过街交通组织研究 被引量:3

摘要 交叉口是慢行交通改造的重点,有必要对非机动车左转过街交通组织进行研究,为交通设计与管理提供理论依据。首先对交叉口非机动车左转的2种方式进行研究,发现左转一次过街虽有一定的局限性,但仍是一种可行且高效的交通组织方式;之后对左转一次过街的适用条件进行分析,并提出慢行优先的非机动车信号配时方法;最后以北京市某交叉口为例进行仿真分析。结果表明:非机动车左转一次过街方案可充分利用交叉口的时空资源,减少交叉口内总车均延误,能明显提升非机动车左转运行效率。 An intersection is the focus of the reconstruction of slow traffic.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the traffic design and management,it is necessary to study the organization of left-turn traffic of non-motorized vehicles at the intersection.Firstly,the two ways of non-motorized vehicles left-turn at the intersection are studied.Though the one-stage crossing has some limitations,it is a feasible and efficient traffic organization method.Then the applicable conditions of one-stage crossing of non-motorized vehicles left-turn are analyzed and a signal timing method of non-motorized vehicles considering slow-moving traffic priority is proposed in the paper.Finally,an intersection in Beijing is taken as an example for simulation analysis.The results show that he one-stage crossing of non-motorized vehicles left-turn can make full use of the time and space resources of the intersection,reduce the total vehicle delay,and improve the efficiency of the left-turn non-motorized vehicles.
