摘要
在隧道建设过程中,合理的盾构/TBM选型可以保证工程的安全顺利进行,还能够节约成本、节省工期。以青岛地铁6号线8工区为背景,针对该地区复杂的地质条件,对盾构/TBM选型、刀盘结构、刀具选型、成本等进行了分析;最后通过工程现场得到的扭矩、推力等参数对选型的合理性进行了评估。结果表明:1)采用带有面板式刀盘的双护盾TBM能够适应该工区的微风化斜长片麻岩地层,采用带有复合式刀盘的土压平衡盾构能够适应该工区的强风化斜长片麻岩地层以及复合地层;2)19英寸(48.26 cm)滚刀在该工区的微风化斜长片麻岩地层有较强的适应性,刮刀与18英寸(45.72 cm)滚刀在该工区的强风化斜长片麻岩地层和复合地层有较强的适应性。该分析可以为青岛等地区复杂地质条件下的盾构/TBM选型和施工提供参考和借鉴。
In the process of tunnel construction,reasonable shield/TBM selection can ensure the safety and smooth progress of the project,save costs and time limit.Based on No.8 working area of Qingdao Metro Line 6,the shield/TBM selection,cutterhead structure,tool selection and cost were analyzed in view of the complex geological conditions in this area;Finally,the adaptability of the shield/TBM was evaluated by the torque,thrust and other parameters of the engineering site.The results show that the double-shield TBM with face plate cutterhead can adapt to the breeze-induced rock strata.The earth-pressure balance shield with compound cutterhead can adapt to the strongly weathered rock strata and composite strata.The 19-inch(48.26 cm)hob has strong adaptability in the breeze-induced rock strata of the work area.While the scraper and 18-inch(45.72 cm)hob have strong adaptability in the strongly weathered strata and composite strata.The analysis can provide reference for the selection and construction of complex geological conditions in Qingdao and other areas.
