响应面法优化番石榴籽油的超临界CO_(2)萃取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 采用超临界CO_(2)流体法提取番石榴籽油。在单因素试验的基础上,选取萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取压力作为研究因素,利用响应面法对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为萃取时间2.5 h、萃取温度50℃、萃取压力35 MPa,在此条件下番石榴籽油的提取率为13.01%,提取的番石榴籽油金黄澄清,具有果香气味。 The supercritical CO_(2)fluid method was used to extract guava seed oil.On the basis of the single factor experiment,the extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction pressure were selected as the research factors,and the process conditions were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:extraction time 2.5 h,extraction temperature 50 ℃,extraction pressure 35 MPa.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of guava seed oil was 13.01 %.The extracted guava seed oil was golden and clear,and had fruity smell.
