液压压榨法是核桃油加工中一种常用的方法。液压压榨在生产过程中油料不会因摩擦挤压升温,从而确保不破坏核桃油中的营养成分。核桃油的液压压榨机有很多类型,但基本都需要人工使用滤布做饼、人工出饼等过程,滤布消耗量大,劳动强度大,且压榨时间长。阐述了利用洛阳兆格环保科技有限公司自主研发的YZW-32型全自动卧式液压压榨机,对实现核桃仁连续液压压榨进行了探究并优化工艺条件,对其它小品种油料及较难出油油料的生产有较大的参考意义。

In the processing of walnut oil,hydraulic pressing is a common method.During the production pro-cess of hydraulic pressing,the oil will not rise due to friction and extrusion,so as to ensure that the nutritional components in walnut oil are not destroyed.There are many types of hydraulic presses for walnut oil,but they basically require manual use of filter cloth to make cakes and manually output cakes.Filter cloth consumption is large,labor intensity is high,and the pressing time is long.This paper describes the use of yzw-32 full-automatic horizontal hydraulic press independently developed by Luoyang Zhaoge Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.to explore the realization of continuous hydraulic pressing of walnut kernel and optimize the process condi-tions,which has great reference significance for the production of other small varieties of oils and oils that are difficult to produce.
