摘要
本文构建了毫米波无线信道仿真模型,探究了基于机器学习的波束选择技术。以系统的总和传输速率为指标,通过毫米波无线信道进行传输,使用MATLAB分别对其进行了仿真,并分析了所提方案的系统性能。仿真结果表明,基于SVM机器学习的波束选择方法就可以提供接近理论的最佳性能,且该算法实现复杂度要比穷举搜索法低几个数量级。
This paper constructs a millimeter wave wireless channel simulation model, the beam selection technology based on machine learning is explored. Taking the total transmission rate of the system as the index, transmission through millimeter wave wireless channel, they were simulated using MATLAB respectively, the system performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed. The simulation results show that, the beam selection method based on SVM machine learning can provide the best performance close to the theory, and the implementation complexity of the algorithm is several orders of magnitude lower than the exhaustive search method.
