摘要
基于计算机技术以及网络技术发展起来的通信技术,近年来在工业领域中的应用越来越广泛。其中,现场总线技术是应用范围最广、性能比较稳定且控制效果较好的技术。文章在概述PLC基本构成及工作原理的基础上,分析了基于PLC自动化控制系统的通信技术,以点对点接口通信技术以及工业现场总线技术为例进行分析,从组成、总线访问控制方面重点介绍了工业现场总线技术,以便更好的掌握其通信机制,更好的实现与PLC技术的融合,做到稳定、高速、高效的进行通信,满足工业控制现场多元化的通信要求。
Communication technology based on computer technology and network technology has been more and more widely used in industrial field in recent years. Among them, fieldbus technology is the technology with the widest application range, stable performance and good control effect. On the basis of summarizing the basic composition and working principle of PLC, this paper analyzes the communication technology based on PLC automatic control system, takes point-to-point interface communication technology and industrial fieldbus technology as an example, and focuses on the industrial fieldbus technology from the aspects of composition and bus access control, so as to better master its communication mechanism, better realize the integration with PLC technology, and achieve stable, high-speed and efficient communication, and meet the diversified communication requirements of industrial control site.
