摘要
我国部分地区的空气污染形势比较严峻,仍需加大环境整治攻坚力度,采取更加精细化管控措施和手段,实现对环境管理的科学、精准治理,变被动监督为主动监管。本文针对这一需求,通过采用物联网、云计算、大数据等技术手段,提出了一种智慧环保综合管理平台的整体设计思路,并通过监测预警、综合分析、决策评估、网格化管理、应急响应、公众参与等6个子系统实现对环境的闭环、精细化监管,为环保工作提供一个整体解决方案和思路。
The situation of air pollution in part of China is still grave and in need of strengthening environmental protection. More elaborate preventive measures should be taken to meet the requirement of scientific and precise prevention of environment pollution and turning supervising passively into monitoring actively. Adopted some technical methods such as IOT, cloud computing and big data, this article presents an overall designing idea of integrated management platform of smart environmental protection. The closed-loop and elaborate management of environment protection is fulfilled by the six sub-systems, ie. Monitoring and early warning,comprehensive analysis, decision-making evaluation, grid management, emergency response and public participation. This will provide environmental protection with an overall solution.
