基于产教融合的高职跨境电商实训项目开发模式的研究

Research on the Development Mode of Cross-border E-commerce Training Project Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

基于工作过程导向,引入OBE成果导向思维,进行基于产教融合的高职跨境电商实训项目开发模式的一系列综合性研究。首先进行跨境电商的发展态势分析、人才需求特点分析;继而找出产教融合培养高职跨境电商人才的瓶颈问题;最后提出产教融合的高职跨境电商实训项目开发的具体策略和做法,重点包括:“双轮7S1N”实训项目开发模式的构建;开发基于整个跨境电商工作过程的教学做一体化、任务驱动式1+N实训项目库;实训项目相关成果建设;进行跨境电商技术与业务难点攻关,对开发模式的创新点与特色进行了分析。

Based on the work process orientation and the introduction of OBE results oriented thinking,a series of comprehensive studies were conducted on the development model of cross-border e-commerce training projects in higher vocational colleges based on the integration of industry and education.The basic research includes the development trend analysis of cross-border e-commerce and the characteristics analysis of talent demand.Then it puts forward the bottleneck problem of integrating industry and education to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges.Specific strategies and practices are put forward for the development of cross-border e-commerce training projects in higher vocational colleges with the integration of industry and education,the key points include:the construction of the development mode of"double-round 7S1N"training projects;developing the integrated teaching and task-driven 1+N practical training project library based on the whole cross-border e-commerce work process;constructing relevant achievements of practical training projects;tackling technical and business difficulties of cross-border e-commerce.The innovation points and characteristics of the development mode are analyzed.
