摘要
高职学报作为高职院校教学与科研成果发布和交流平台,肩负着服务社会、服务高校、服务作者以及服务读者的职能,肩负着学术交流、文化传播、信息分享、借鉴等重要职责。在“双高”建设背景下,分析高职学报与科研素养培育二者的相关性,探寻提升教师科研素质具体路径,有利于进一步推进学报提质培优、增值赋能,更好地服务高职院校教学科研工作。
As a platform for publishing and exchanging teaching and scientific research achievements in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational journals shoulder the functions of serving the society,colleges,authors and readers,as well as the important responsibilities of academic exchange,cultural communication,information sharing and reference.Under the background of"Double High Plan"construction,this paper analyzes the correlation between higher vocational journals and the cultivation of scientific research quality,and explores the specific path to improve teachers'scientific research quality,which conducive to further promoting the quality improvement,value-added empowerment of journals,and better serving the teaching and scientific research work of higher vocational colleges.
