网络空间治理背景下高校思想政治教育的路径选择

The Path Selection of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Cyberspace Governance

网络空间已成为人们生产、生活、聚集、交流的重要场域,深深影响着人们的思想观念、行为方式和价值取向。网络空间为高校思想政治教育提供了新的实践环境,也带来了新的考验:社会思潮风险关、信息技术风险关、机制体制风险关、网络生态内容风险关、教育队伍建设风险关。网络空间治理视角下高校思想政治教育应从话语建设、机制搭建、内容供给、环境建设、队伍建设等方面下功夫、解难题,让互联网这一“最大变量”变成网络思想政治教育的“最大增量”。

Cyberspace has become an important field for people to produce,live,gather and communicate,and has deeply affected people′s ideas,behavior and value orientation.Cyberspace not only provides a new practice environment for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also brings new tests:social ideological trend risk,information technology risk,mechanism and system risk,network ecological content risk,and education team construction risk.From the perspective of cyberspace governance,ideological and political education in colleges and universities should work hard and solve problems from the aspects of discourse construction,mechanism construction,content supply,environment construction and team construction,so as to make the"largest variable"the Internet into the"largest increment"of ideological and political education in the network.
