中国ESG话语能力建设的基本问题与研究路径

Fundamental Issues and Research Approaches of the Capacity Development of China’s ESG Discourse

ESG(环境、社会、治理)话语是国家话语能力研究的新领域,也是中国生态文明话语体系的重要组成部分。文章基于话语传播学的理论,提出国家话语能力建设的构成主要有话语传播主体、传播内容、传播渠道、传播对象及传播效果五大要素,并聚焦五大构成要素对中国ESG话语能力建设的5个基本问题领域进行探讨,探究中国ESG话语能力建设的5个研究路径,为提升我国生态文明领域国家话语能力建设提供理论与实践的参考。加强中国ESG话语能力建设,关乎我国国际生态形象及生态文明话语体系建设,有助于我国深度参与全球治理。中国ESG评价指标体系的建设和评价应考虑本土化特点,拓展以数据驱动为核心的话语分析研究新范式,是今后中国ESG话语能力建设的重要研究途径。

ESG(Environment,Society&Governance)discourse is a new research field of national discourse capacity and an important part of the discourse system of China’s ecological civilization.Based on the communication theory,this study proposes five major components of our national discourse capacity,and discusses the five fundamental issues in the development of China’s ESG discourse capacity from the perspectives of discourse communication subjects,discourse communication contents,discourse communication channels,discourse communication objects and discourse communication effects as well as the five relevant research approaches,which has much theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the development of the discourse capacity of our national ecological civilization.Strengthening ESG discourse capacity is conductive to the construction of China’s international ecological image and discourse system of ecological civilization,and helpful to China’s deep involvement in the global governance.The construction and assessment of China’s ESG index system should take into account the local characteristics,while the development of data-driven new research paradigms for discourse analysis will be a key research approach to the development of China’s ESG discourse capacity.
