新时代各民族交往交流交融的现实境遇和突破路径

A Study of the Realistic Circumstances and Solution Choices of the Exchanges,Communication and Integration of Ethnic Groups of China in the New Era

正确分析和把握现代化进程中各民族交往、交流、交融出现的新特点和新问题,是促进民族关系和谐发展、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、做好民族工作的重要前提。当前各民族交往交流交融面临空间场域的变迁与社会资源的再整合、文化现代化转型与公共文化服务的不足、传统惯性的文化张力与互嵌式社会建构等现实境遇。为此,一方面要激发各民族主体自觉,拓展和优化空间场域,消除族际交往藩篱;另一方面要搭建文化交流互鉴平台,增强各民族互信;再者要推动共同繁荣,夯实物质基础,建构牢固的命运共同体关系等。

Correctly analyzing and grasping the new characteristics and new problems that have emerged in the exchanges,communication,and integration of ethnic groups in the modernization process is an important prerequisite for promoting the harmonious development of ethnic relations,enhancing the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation,and doing a good job concerning ethnic affairs.Current exchanges,communication and integration of various ethnic groups are faced with the realistic problems of exchanges in spatial fields and re-integration of social resources,modern cultural transformation and insufficient public cultural services,the cultural tension of the traditional inertia and the embedded social structure.To solve the above problems,on the one hand,it is necessary to stimulate the self-consciousness of all ethnic groups,expand and optimize the spatial field,and eliminate the barriers of inter-ethnic communication;on the other hand,it is necessary to build a platform for cultural exchanges and mutual learning,enhance mutual trust among all ethnic groups,promote shared prosperity,consolidate the material foundation,and build a solid relationship in the national community with a shared destiny.
