诊断性评价视角下传统村落现状分析及优化策略——以郑州市柏石崖村为例

Current Status and Optimization of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Diagnostic Evaluation——A Case Study of Baishiya Village in Zhengzhou City

传统村落作为文化传承的载体,具有丰富的物质遗产和文化价值,合理地进行传统村落的保护与发展具有重要意义。采用诊断性评价方法,对郑州市柏石崖村社会经济、环境状况进行分析和评价。构建评价体系,从政策、位置、交通、经济、文化、环境、生活7个项目中总结出25个分项指标,包含34个基本指标。针对评价结果提出优化建议,以期为传统村落保护与发展提供参考。

As the carrier of cultural inheritance,traditional villages are rich in material heritage and cultural value.Reasonable development is of great significance to the protection and development of traditional villages.This paper analyzed and evaluated the social,economic and environmental conditions of Baishiya Village in Zhengzhou City by using the diagnostic evaluation method.The evaluation system was constructed and 25 sub-indexes including 34 basic indexes were summarized from 7 items of policy,location,transportation,economy,culture,environment and life.The optimization suggestions were put forward based on the evaluation results to provide a reference for the protection and development of traditional villages.
