科技革命视域下世界主要国家语言教育规划比较研究

A Comparative Study of Language Education Planning in Major Countries of the World from the Perspective of Scientific and Technological Revolution

科技革命与语言教育密切相关,关注科技革命视域下的世界语言教育问题具有现实意义。本研究运用“并置比较”的研究范式,分析科技革命下世界主要国家语言教育变革的发展现状,总结科技革命冲击下世界主要国家语言教育规划的特征和存在问题,在此基础上提出我国在科技革命时代推动语言教育发展的启示与建议:深化国际合作交流,实现资源共享;加大项目研发力度,拓展语言教育领域;加强教师和专业技术人员培训,提高其信息技术能力与信息化教学能力;加强统筹规划,消除区域、代际差异;利用“科技革命”红利,打造语言教育新格局。

The scientific and technological revolution is closely associated with language education.It is of great practical significance to pay attention to global language education issues from the perspective of scientific and technological revolution.This paper adopts the“juxtaposition comparison”research paradigm to analyze the status quo of language education reforms in major countries of the world from the perspective of the scientific and technological revolution,summarize the features and issues of their language education planning.Five implications and advice to the promotion of language education in China under the scientific and technological revolution are put forward:(1)deepening international cooperation and exchanges so as to share resources;(2)devoting more efforts to project research and development to expand the field of language education;(3)vigorously supporting the training of teachers and technical staffs to enhance their information technology capability and informationalized teaching capability;(4)strengthening overall plans to eliminate differences between regions and generations;(5)utilizing the benefits of the scientific and technological revolution to create a new pattern of language education.
