摘要
目前已有研究成果主要分析了东南亚国别华文教学资源现状,尚未对东南亚华文教学资源进行整体性研究。鉴于此,文章总结分析了东南亚华文教学资源现状及特点,即纸质教学资源数量多且呈国别差异化,纸质教学资源研发者以中国大陆为主,数字教学资源种类多元且形式多样化,教学资源适用对象多层次且趋低龄化,教学资源科技赋能且呈动态发展趋势。教学资源现状存在的问题:资源薄弱型国家的纸质教学资源比较缺乏,数字教学资源软硬件不足且两极分化明显,华文教学资源对本国华校多种生源不适用、“华文+”复合型人才培养教学资源欠缺、东南亚区域性教学资源互联互通较弱等。文章提出5个发展策略:一是加强多方合作,提供纸质华文教学资源研发支持;二是结合教育技术,加快东南亚本土数字教学资源建设步伐;三是平衡教资生态,研制华裔生和非华裔生共需的本土教学资源;四是助力转型升级,发展面向“华文+”复合型人才培养的教学资源;五是强化区域联络,建立东南亚华文教学资源的共建共享平台。
At present,the existing research findings are mainly related to the analysis of the current status of Chinese teaching resources in Southeast Asian countries,but there is no comprehensive research on Chinese teaching resources in Southeast Asia.In view of this,this paper summarizes and analyzes the status and characteristics of Chinese teaching resources in Southeast Asia,that is,printed teaching resources are rich and vary from country to country,the developers of printed teaching resources are mainly in the mainland of China,digital teaching resources are diversified in types and forms,the applicable object of teaching resources is multi-level and tends to be younger,teaching resources are empowered by technology and present a dynamic development trend.The existing problems include the following:printed teaching resources in resource-poor countries are relatively inadequate,the softwares and hardwares of digital teaching resources are insufficient with an obvious trend of polarization,some Chinese teaching resources are not suitable for some students in Chinese-language schools,the teaching resources for the cultivation of“Chinese+”interdisciplinary talents are inadequate,and the interconnection of regional teaching resources in Southeast Asia is weak.This paper proposes five development strategies:it is necessary firstly to strengthen multilateral cooperation and provide research and development support for printed Chinese teaching resources,secondly to accelerate the development of local digital teaching resources in Southeast Asia with the help of educational technology,thirdly to balance the ecology of teaching resources and develop local teaching resources needed by both Chinese and non-Chinese students,fourthly to develop teaching resources for the cultivation of“Chinese+”interdisciplinary talents through transformation and upgrading,and fifthly to strengthen the regional liaison and build a platform for the co-construction and sharing of Chinese teaching resources in Southeast Asia.
