日本国际交流基金会教学资源的发展与启示

The Development of the Teaching Resources of the Japan Foundation and its Enlightenment

日本国际交流基金会作为日语传播的重要载体,为其传播发挥着重要作用。梳理日本国际交流基金会纸质化、数字化教学资源的出版数量及国别分布,分析其日语推广的方式和政策,从打造品牌教材、教学资源与文化相结合,教材出版地域倾向性强以及重视数字资源开发等方面总结该机构教学资源发展的典型特点。国际中文教育可批判借鉴日本国际交流基金会教学资源发展的经验,通过标准引领,打造品牌驱动型教学资源传播体系;不断提升国际形象,彰显中国特色,凸显文化自信,加强中文与世界的对话;进而完善创新机制,努力提升中文教学资源的传播能力。

As an important carrier of the Japanese language communication,the Japan Foundation plays an important role in its communication.This paper analyzes the quantity of the Japan Foundation’s printed and digital teaching resources and their country-specific distributions as well as the means and policies of promoting the Japanese language.It also summarizes the typical characteristics of the development of teaching resources by the Japan Foundation through analyzing its development of the teaching materials of good brands,teaching resources and the relevant culture as well as its emphasis on the regional orientation of the teaching materials and the development of digital resources.In recent years,the international Chinese education can critically learn from the experience of the Japan Foundation in developing teaching resources,build a communication mechanism for teaching resources through establishing good criteria and brands,improve the international image of China with typical Chinese characteristics,highlight our cultural confidence,strengthen the dialogue with others all over the world,improve the innovative mechanism,and make efforts at promoting the transmission capacity of the Chinese teaching resources.
