摘要
我国保险业将从高速增长转向高质量发展阶段,这对人才的要求越来越高,尤其对高层次专业人才、复合型和创新型人才的需求不断增加。目前保险高层次人才培养数量较少,保险专业人才培养与实际需求出现脱节,导致供给不足。因此,优化保险人才的培养,如采取“学徒制”育人方式、注重教师实践能力的培养、提升学生的综合素质以及设置高职本科保险专业等,对增加保险业高层次人才的供给至关重要。
China's insurance industry will shift from high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality develop-ment,which requires higher and higher requirements for talents,especially the increasing demand for high level professionals,compound and innovative talents.At present,the number of high-level insurance tal-ents is small,and the cultivation of insurance professionals is out of touch with the actual needs,resulting in insufficient supply.Therefore,optimizing the cultivation of insurance talents,such as adopting the"ap-prenticeship"education method,paying attention to the cultivation of teachers'practical ability,improving students'comprehensive quality and setting up higher vocational undergraduate insurance majors,all of them are very important to increase the supply of high-level talents in the insurance industry.
