抗战时期,在鄂豫边区出入口贸易发展的过程中,边区政府根据边区实际情况,制定了相应的出入口贸易政策,统制对外贸易,使对外贸易不断得到发展。同时,边区政府对贸易的管理和调控日益加强,逐渐改变了出入口贸易的不平衡局面,实现了对外贸易的主动。边区对外贸易的发展对于打破封锁、稳定市场和解决边区财政困难起到了举足轻重的作用。

During the Anti-Japanese War,in the process of the development of the import and export trade in the Hubei-Henan border region,the border region government formulated corresponding import and ex-port trade policies according to the actual situation of the border region,controlled foreign trade,and made foreign trade develop continuously.At the same time,the border region government's management and reg-ulation of trade are increasingly strengthened,gradually changing the imbalance of import and export trade,and realizing the initiative of foreign trade.The development of foreign trade in the border region has played an important role in breaking the blockade,stabilizing the market and solving the financial difficul-ties in the border region.
