基于移动扫描点云的圆形盾构隧道管片错台自动提取 被引量:2

摘要 错台是盾构隧道管片间或环间内弧面的不平整度,是评价盾构隧道施工拼装质量、后期运营变形等的重要数据指标。传统的人工检测手段是利用全站仪或卷尺进行抽样检测,检测速度较慢且覆盖率低。针对盾构隧道错台的快速检测问题,本文使用移动扫描设备进行隧道点云采集,提出一种基于移动扫描点云的圆形盾构隧道管片错台自动提取方法,通过螺栓孔识别、管片接缝识别、错台计算等算法流程,实现了圆形盾构隧道错台的快速自动提取。结合实际工程验证,本文算法稳定,成果准确,可以快速完成通缝与错缝圆形盾构隧道的错台自动提取。 The dislocation is the unevenness of the inner arc surface between the segments or rings of the shield tunnel,and it is an important data to measure the build quality and the deformation.The traditional manual detection method is to use a total station or tape for taking measurements.The speed of the detection work is slow.Aiming at the rapid dislocation detection of shield tunnel,this paper uses mobile scanning equipment to collect tunnel point cloud,and proposes a method for automatically extracting a circular shield tunnel segment dislocation.We realized the fast and automatic extraction of dislocation of circular shield tunnels by using bolt holes recognition,segmental joints recognition,dislocation calculation,and many other algorithmic processes.Combining with actual engineering verification,the algorithm in this paper is stable and the results are accurate.It can quickly complete the loop-by-loop automatic extraction of non-staggered and staggered circular shield tunnels.
