对中医药发展规律及特点的传承与创新认识

Inheritance and Innovation of the Development Rules and Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

习近平总书记对中医药发展提出“符合中医药特点”“要遵循中医药发展规律”的指示要求,这是中医药在新时代高质量发展的根本遵循。中医药发展规律及特点相关研究开展较少,同时存在着或多或少以西医药为标准来审视中医药以及没有切入到规律层面进行分析等问题。针对所存在的问题,通过马克思主义哲学与中国优秀传统文化相结合,对中医药的自然规律、社会规律、认识和思维规律三大规律进行了内在式“理解”与“传承”;通过解放思想,运用实践智慧,将中医药原创思维与辩证法相结合,提出了六项举措对中医药发展规律及特点进行传承与创新认识,使中医药适应现代经济社会的变革与发展以及人民群众对健康的需求,实现中医药的传承精华、守正创新,把中医药这一祖先留给我们的宝贵财富传承好、发展好、利用好。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)development should“conform to the characteristics of TCM”and“follow the law of TCM development”.This is the fundamental re⁃quirement for high-quality development of TCM in the new era.There are very few studies on the law of development and the characteristics of TCM.Moreover,there exist some problems such as examining TCM with the standard of western medicine and analyzing TCM without from the regularity perspective.In view of the existing problems,this pa⁃per uses the method of combining Marxist philosophy and Chinese excellent traditional culture,carries on the research on the internal“understanding”and“inheritance”of the three laws of TCM which are natural law,social law,cogni⁃tion and thinking law.By emancipate the mind,applying practical wisdom,and combining TCM original thinking with dialectics,six measures were put forward to inherit and innovate the development rules and characteristics of TCM,so as to adapt TCM to the changes and development of modern economy and society,meet the people's demand for health,achieve the goal of inheriting the essence,keeping integrity and innovating of TCM,in order to inherit,de⁃velop and make good use of the precious treasure left to us by our ancestors.
