混合学习环境下高校学生的深层学习研究——基于创新抵抗视角

摘要 面对混合学习这一教学模式创新,高校学生只有从心理上真正认可并积极投入才能实现深层学习。文章基于创新抵抗模型,以上海、江苏、北京等地拥有混合学习经历的266名高校学生为研究样本,运用结构方程模型分析方法探讨了混合学习抵抗的不同维度对于高校学生深层学习的影响。研究结果表明,混合学习环境下,高校学生个人的习惯和创新性对混合学习抵抗存在显著的正向影响,社会传播对混合学习抵抗存在显著的负向影响,混合学习抵抗作为重要中介变量对学生的深层学习产生负向影响。基于研究结果,文章对如何消除高校学生在混合学习过程中的抵抗心理提出了有针对性的建议,以提升高校学生的深层学习效果。 University students can achieve deeper learning only if they truly recognize and actively engage in blended learning,which is regarded as an innovative educational mode.Based on the model of innovation resistance,this paper takes 266 university students with blended learning experience in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Beijing and other places as research samples,and uses the structural equation model analysis method to examine the influence of different dimensions of blended learning resistance on the deep learning of university students.The results reveal that inertia and innovativeness have significant positive effects on blended learning resistance of university students,social media has a significant negative effect on blended learning resistance,and blended learning resistance as an important mediating variable has a negative effect on the deep learning of students.Finally,this paper provides some suggestions on how to reduce the resistance of university students in the process of blended learning so as to promote their deep learning effects.
