摘要
“光储直柔”建筑具有电力低碳化、负荷柔性化、用电高效化、运行智能化等特点,是推动实现碳达峰碳中和目标愿景的重要技术路径。本文介绍了“光储直柔”的原理、技术特点和发展“光储直柔”建筑的重要意义,重点分析了“光储直柔”建筑发展现状、面临的困难和挑战,提出了加快“光储直柔”建筑推广应用的政策建议。
PEDF(photovoltaics,energy storage,direct current and flexibility)buildings have the characteristics of low-carbon power,flexible load,high-efficiency power consumption,and intelligent operation.This paper introduces the principle,technical characteristics and the significance of developing PEDF buildings,and focuses on analyzing the development status,difficulties and challenges of PEDF buildings,and proposes the policy suggestions on the promotion and application of PEDF buildings.
