湖南省迎峰度冬天然气供需形势研究

Study on Supply and Demand Characteristic of Natural Gas During Peak Winter in Hunan Province

为保障用气高峰时段天然气安全稳定供应,本文对湖南省迎峰度冬天然气供需特点进行了分析。2021年11月~2022年2月,湖南天然气总消费量14.46亿立方米,日消费量峰值1891万立方米,供需形势整体平稳。为了解决工业用气占比不高、用气分布不均、储气设施不足等问题,应积极扩大工业用气市场,建立健全储气调峰体系,并按照国家油气体制改革总体要求,完善天然气价格形成机制,着力构建天然气发展的新格局。

For the sake of stable supply of natural gas during the peak period,the supply and demand characteristic in Hunan Province was analysed.From November 2021 to February 2022,the total consumption was 1.446 bllion m,while the daily peak consumption was 18.91 million m3,resulting in an overall stable supply and demand situation.In order to solve the problems of relatively low portion of industrial gas consumption,uneven consumption distribution and insufficient storage facilities,we should actively expand the industrial gas market,establish the gas storage and peak shaving system,improve the price formation mechanism according to the overall requirements of the national oil and gas system reform,and strive to build a new era of natural gas development.
